 Stay in Samoëns and enjoy the Tour de France at its best.
On the 22nd July, the tour will pass nearby at the Col de Colombiere, only a half an hour drive from Samoëns. On the following day, there is a time trial in the beautiful village of Annecy, where you can watch each rider closely.
The village of Samoëns has enjoyed a long history with the Tour de France. The climb of the Col Joux Plane (which starts from the village) has ended and secured the result for many a participant of the Tour. A great place for training if you are planning to ride the L’etape this year or simply if you would like to ride one of the stages of the past tour route.
