 The chairlift in Les Esserts, Morillon is open during the summer time ( July and August ), everyday from 9h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 16h30. At the top, the Igloo restaurant serves a delicious lunch. Take your mountain bike up with you and enjoy cycling down the Cascades run or adventure on many of the mountain bike trails ( VTT in French !)
This year sees the opening of the Mountain Bike Park in Sixt Fer a Cheval, the neighbouring village to Samoens, only 5 mins away.

You can stay in Samoëns and only 30mins away is Morzine where there are many lifts open for mountain biking and you can even take part in the famous mountain biking event in Morzine, the PassPortes du Soleil this June, 27th and 28th.
